Welcome to Wraparound Care!
At St Andrews Primary School, our Wraparound Care offers safe, engaging activities for children outside regular school hours.
We are delighted to have your child join us in a vibrant environment where curiosity is nurtured and every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow. At Wraparound Care, we strive to create a warm, supportive space where friendships are built, creativity flourishes, and children gain confidence through exploration and play.
With the support of our caring team, children are empowered to take on new challenges, collaborate with others, and express themselves freely. We believe that each child’s uniqueness adds to the tapestry of our community, and we celebrate their achievements—big and small.
To keep families connected and informed, our staff regularly shares updates and highlights, creating a strong partnership between home and Wraparound Care. Whether your child is a budding artist, an aspiring scientist, or simply eager to make new friends, we are here to guide and inspire every step of the way.
This facility allows parents to attend to their commitments, confident that we are caring for their children.
Our Activities
Wraparound Care offers a range of activities:
PE, ICT, Cooking, Art and Crafts, Science and much more...
Each is designed to be both fun and educational for all children.
Session Times
Morning Club
Time: 7.45 am – 8.15 am (paid)
Free provision: 8:15-8:45
Enjoy a healthy breakfast with toast, cereals, fresh fruit, Pancakes and cordial available throughout the session.
Please note that we offer a Free Breakfast and drop off for all children at St Andrews from 8:15-8:45 as part of the DFE's Early Adopter Scheme.
After School Club
Time:
Session 1: 3.30 pm – 4:30pm
Session 2: 3:30pm-5:15pm
Session 3: 3:30pm-6pm
Children staying after 4.30 pm receive a healthy snack, such as sandwiches, crumpets, or beans on toast. Fresh fruit and water are always available.
Pricing
Morning Club (7:45- 8:45 am): £5.20 Includes breakfast.
After school club session 1 (3.30 – 4.30 pm): £5.20
After school club Session 2 (3.30 – 5.15 pm): £9.05 Includes a drink and a snack. Fruit and water are available to all children throughout the sessions.
After school club Session 2 (3.30 – 6 pm): £12.50 includes a drink and a snack. Fruit and water are available to all children throughout the sessions. This session MUST be prebooked.
Note: Session charges are subject to periodic review. Parents will be informed in advance of any changes.
Booking Information
For planning and staffing purposes, parents are requested to book sessions in advance, using Arbor parent portal or app, on a half-termly basis. All sessions require upfront payment; unpaid sessions cannot be provided. Ad hoc sessions may be arranged as needed but booked immediately on Arbor portal/app—please see the Wraparound Care policy for further information.
