Our class took part in the spirited Arts competition this year.
The theme was ‘Living in a diverse world’. The children were tasked with identifying things that threaten to tear communities apart, and how we can combat them.
Super Sunflowers and a Planting Experiment
This week, our brilliant EYFS and KS1 scientists got their hands dirty as we planted sunflower seeds as part of our Plants: Growth science unit. We discussed what plants need to grow and then gave our seeds everything they needed: soil, water, warmth and sunlight.
